How accurate are the floor plans?
They are drawn from a LiDAR scan of the whole property, so rooms and dimensions match the space as it stands. For construction-grade drawings, see our CAD / BIM service.
Can we order floor plans without a virtual tour?
Yes. The plans come from our scan of the property, so you can order them on their own or together with a digital twin.
Which file should we use?
PDF for printing and email, PNG for websites and listings, and SVG when a designer needs to edit or resize the plan.
Do you draw every floor?
Yes. Every level we capture gets its own plan.
Can the plans be updated after a renovation?
