- Your phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to give it
- Details about your property and project: property type, location, approximate size, timeline, the services you are interested in and your message
- Your consent choices, and the date you sent the form
If you email us, call us or write to us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you share in that conversation.
When you visit the website, we also see anonymous visit statistics: which pages are viewed, the site you came from, your country and the type of device. These statistics are collected without cookies and do not identify you. Like every website, our hosting provider briefly records technical data such as IP addresses to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal for your property
- Plan, carry out and deliver your project
- Contact you by phone, text message or WhatsApp, only if you ticked that box on the form

How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not lead to a project, we delete your details within 2 years. If we work together, we keep project records for as long as we need them to deliver and support the project, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
